Samsung shows that he finally understood the various requirements of users, with the new Galaxy Tab2 P5100, a tablet with the new Android finally version 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) TouchWiz UI and UX slightly modified for the occasion.
In Samsung Galaxy we find a valid Tab2 P5100 capacitive display 10.1 inch TFT PLS with Gorilla Glass and a resolution of 800×1280 pixels for 16 million colors and a ppi (pixel density) of 149, which allow excellent results in the surrender of readability in both the black and color (with the first decidedly better than the depth of the blacks). Strangely, the sensitivity of the screen is good, but not excellent, we found a few impuntamento, anyway nothing worrisome.

The processor Dual-core Cortex-A9 1 GHz with 1 GB of RAM to allow a good stability and good performance, though not excellent we noticed the occasional small delays in using the device’s quick, but again nothing particularly annoying or troubling.
Positive should be highlighted the disappearance of excessive and rapid overheating that plagued other Samsung tablet, and the increased feeling of solidity, perhaps more due to the size (less thin of Galaxy Tab by 10 inches, with its 9.7 mm) and weight (587 grams) increased it to materials, which remain basically sufficient quality plastics.
One of the characteristics that most will appreciate the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P5100 is support of microSD that allows to increase the internal memory 12 GB up to 32 GB more: the side housing together with the SIMcard, this time standard. Always on the sides are the 3.5 mm connector, buttons for volume and one for the ignition and locking the device.
Another important feature to be appreciated is the reintroduction of telefonica, which makes the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P5100 very complete in all respects; not even the possibility of missing video, albeit only VGA, thanks to the front camera. The telephone sector, of course, includes full support for SMS and MMS, and email (with complete and well-organized client that allows you to easily display HTML mail.
The call quality was good enough: the speakerphone is not the best, but the audio is clean and balanced. Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P5100 allows you to configure an Exchange account, with support for many of the classic features of Outlook, in addition to IMAP/POP account (not available in push mode). Google products such as Gmail, Gtalk, Google + Google Messenger, and close the circle and attempt to compensate for the lack of pre-incorporation of applications for Social networks, lack however surmountable, thanks to the Android Market and the Market of Samsung, both available.
To give excellent results was also the connectivity: GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSPA, with HSDPA which may reach up to 21 Mbps and HSUPA 5.76 consideration up to Mbps, both satisfactory thanks to the good reception of the signal. Samsung Galaxy Tab2 P5100 has also a good receiver Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Direct, Bluetooth 3.0, a valid support DLNA technology and the ability to share their data connection through Wi-Fi hotspots, Tethering, USB and Bluetooth Tethering, everything working perfectly.
Complete a reattivissimo framework and a large multitouch virtualkey which can ill-afford to integrate, in addition to the qwerty keypad, making more practical to use. Having to find a flaw, we liked the haptic feedback.
